Borjomi is the first municipality in Georgia to develop a tourism master plan, reflecting the COVID-19 challenges and available opportunities in the local tourism industry.
The document provides in-depth guidance for revitalizing tourism in the municipality, attract investments and create sustainable jobs. The document was prepared with the assistance of EU and UNDP Georgia under the EU’s ENPARD programme, and the engagement of the regional and national authorities, local and national tourism sector, civil society and international organizations.
