EU4Youth: four-week Green Entrepreneurship online certificate course for Georgian youth
Young people in Georgia are invited to take part in a four-week green and social entrepreneurship intensive online course organised by EU4Youth.
The aim of the course is to empower young people and enhance their knowledge in the field of green entrepreneurship. More specifically, students will be able to learn more about entrepreneurship, social and green entrepreneurship, the circular economy, climate change, and sustainable management of forest resources, and will also be able to master basic project management principles and international best practices.
What will you learn within the course?
The Green and Social Entrepreneurship course consists of five core content modules. Each module will last for two days:
February 1-2 – Entrepreneurship, Green and Social entrepreneurship
February 3-4 – Circular Economy and Waste Management
February 10-11 – Climate Change – Challenges and Solutions
February 17-18 – Forest, its importance and effective management of forest resources
February 21-22 – Project Management
February 23 – Virtual tour of social enterprises
February 24 – Individual mentoring sessions
The Green and Social Entrepreneurship course will take place from February 1-25, 2022, through the Zoom platform. Participation in the course is free, and young people aged 14-29 living in Georgia can apply.

The course is organised as part of the EU-funded project ‘EU4Youth: Social Entrepreneurship Ecosystem Development (SEED) for Green Growth’, implemented by CENN in partnership with KRDF and Green Lane (Armenia). The aim of the project is to discover the entrepreneurial potential in the most vulnerable municipalities and to promote entrepreneurship opportunities among youth.
