Visitors experienced a day filled with inspiring stories, Intellectual games and many other informative and engaging activities. The event highlighted how EU–Georgia cooperation is helping communities grow, opportunities expand, and futures brighten.

On 20 June, Sheraton Batumi hosted the photo exhibition “10 Years in Focus”. The exhibition showcases award-winning documentary photographs that have received the EU Prize for Journalism in Georgia. Through powerful visual storytelling, these images capture key events that have shaped Georgia over the past decade.
This year, Europe Day, celebrated annually on 9 May, marks the 75th anniversary of the 1950 Declaration by Robert Schuman, then French Foreign Minister — a milestone that laid the foundation for what we now recognise as the European Union (EU). In Georgia, the event serves as a reaffirmation of the EU’s continued commitment to supporting the people of Georgia.
