Project Description
პროექტი წარმოადგენს სოფლისა და სოფლის მეურნეობის განვითარების ევროპის სამეზობლო პროგრამის (ENPARD) ნაწილს და ხელს უწყობს სიღარიბის აღმოფხვრას კახეთის რეგიონში.
დედოფლისწყაროს მუნიციპალიტეტში ადგილობრივი მოსახლეობის დასაქმებისა და შემოსავლების ზრდის გაუმჯობესების მიზნით პროექტის ფარგლებში ჩამოყალიბდა ადგილობრივი განვითარების ჯგუფი, მოხდა მისი შესაძლებლობების ზრდა, ხოლო შემდგომ ჯგუფის თაოსნობით და მოსახლეობის მონაწილეობით დედოფლისწყაროს ადგილობრივი განვითარების სტრატეგიაც შეიქმნა. განვითარების ჯგუფის წევრები რუმინეთსაც ესტუმრნენ მსგავსი საქმიანობის მონაწილების მიზნით. ჯგუფის თაოსნობით ადგილობრივი მოსახლეობისთვის ტრენინგების ციკლიც ჩატარდა, რომლის შედეგად მომზადებული განაცხადებიდან 36 ბიზნეს გეგმა / პროექტი დაფინანსდა საგრანტო სქემის ფარგლებში, რომელიც ადგილობრივი განვითარების სტრატეგიის მიხედვით ხორციელდება.
დედოფლისწყაროს მუნიციპალიტეტში ადგილობრივი მოსახლეობის დასაქმებისა და შემოსავლების ზრდის გაუმჯობესების მიზნით პროექტის ფარგლებში ჩამოყალიბდა ადგილობრივი განვითარების ჯგუფი, მოხდა მისი შესაძლებლობების ზრდა, ხოლო შემდგომ ჯგუფის თაოსნობით და მოსახლეობის მონაწილეობით დედოფლისწყაროს ადგილობრივი განვითარების სტრატეგიაც შეიქმნა. განვითარების ჯგუფის წევრები რუმინეთსაც ესტუმრნენ მსგავსი საქმიანობის მონაწილების მიზნით. ჯგუფის თაოსნობით ადგილობრივი მოსახლეობისთვის ტრენინგების ციკლიც ჩატარდა, რომლის შედეგად მომზადებული განაცხადებიდან 36 ბიზნეს გეგმა / პროექტი დაფინანსდა საგრანტო სქემის ფარგლებში, რომელიც ადგილობრივი განვითარების სტრატეგიის მიხედვით ხორციელდება.
Specific Objective
ადგილობრივი მოსახლეობის დასაქმების და შემოსავლების ზრდის შესაძლებლობების გაუმჯობესება მათი ცხოვრების დონის ამაღლებისათვის.
Expected Results
- ადგილობრივ მხარეებთან თანამშრომლობით (ადგილობრივი განვითარების ჯგუფი) შექმნილი ადგილობრივი განვითარების ფუნქციური და მდგრადი სისტემა
- ადგილობრივი განვითარების ჯგუფის თაოსნობით შექმნილი დედოფლისწყაროს მუნიციპალიტეტის განვითარების გეგმა
- ადგილობრივი განვითარების ჯგუფის მხარდაჭერისთვის ადგილობრივ ხელისუფლებასთან ერთად შექმნილი მექანიზმები, რომლის მხარდაჭერა პროექტის დასრულების შემდეგაც გაგრძელდება
- ფერმერების, ასევე ტურისტულ და სხვა საქმიანობაში ჩართული ფერმერების განვითარებული შესაძლებლობები და შედეგად გაუმჯობესებული შემოსავალი
- მუნიციპალიტეტის გაუმჯობესებული სოციალური და ეკონომიკური შესაძლებლობები
- ადგილობრივი განვითარების ჯგუფის თაოსნობით შექმნილი დედოფლისწყაროს მუნიციპალიტეტის განვითარების გეგმა
