Submission
The applicant must complete the online application form (see above) by 25 September 2026, (inclusive) and submit the following attachments:
Please submit the following supporting materials:
- An electronic file (link) of the submission with the name of the applicant and the category clearly marked;
- A link, photo copy or screenshot confirming that the work was published in print, broadcast or online media within the required timeframe;
- If a video work is not available online, the applicant must upload it to YouTube and provide the relevant link;
- A script of the video work in a Word file;
- For the documentary photo category, it is mandatory to submit the photo file in high resolution (JPG format). The file name must include the author’s first and last name and the competition category. The photo must not contain any special markings, logos, names or frames. In case of large file sizes, the applicant may upload the photo to a permanent online link and submit it accordingly;
- For photos published on social media, proof of authorship/ownership shall be provided;
- For the Best Student Work category, the author must provide proof of bachelor’s student status from an accredited public or private higher education institution in Georgia;
- For works published on YouTube, applicants shall provide proof of copyright and usage rights. Only publicly accessible YouTube content that complies with the platform rules shall be accepted.
