At the heart of the celebration was a one-of-a-kind European Supra, curated by visionary Georgian chef Tekuna Gachechiladze, a pioneer of modern Georgian cuisine who was among the first to fuse Georgian flavours and dishes with Western culinary styles.
Set among the vines, a table brought Europe and Kakheti together through food, wine and hospitality – pairing European cheeses, breads, pastries and flavours with Georgian ingredients and traditions. An award-winning Georgian sommelier, Teona Tokhadze, took guests on a journey through Georgian–European wine pairings.

A Masterclass with Tamar Maghlaperidze-Dadeshkeliani
A contemporary Georgian artist led a unique painting-with-wine masterclass, demonstrating how different wines can produce distinct natural colours and shades. Using a palette created from various Georgian wines, participants experimented with the different tones and created their own artworks among the vineyards.
Renowned Georgian sommelier Teona Tokhadze, recipient of Georgia’s 2026 Best Sommelier award, ledd two interactive wine-tasting sessions. Guests discovered two Mosmieri white wines – Amber Rkatsiteli, Kisi Classic and Red Blend Appasimento from Dekanozishvili winery. Through guided tasting, aroma training, and playful sensory quizzes, Teona revealed the stories, aromas, and techniques behind each wine, creating an experience that is both educational and entertaining.
